EASTHAM BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Minutes of May 13, 2010 Meeting
Meeting convened at 9:00 am.
Present: Assessors Sette and Fagan, Alternate Assessor Avery, Field Appraiser Belinda Clarey, and Deputy Assessor Gail Fitzback
- The Board voted unanimously to appoint Assessor Cahill as Vice Chairperson.
- The Board voted to accept the minutes of the February 25, 2010 after corrections following the previous meeting and the March 25, 2010 meetings.
- The Board reviewed the pending Appellate Tax Board cases. It was agreed the Town would go forward with the majority of the ATB cases.
- The Board voted unanimously to further partially abate the real estate taxes after further review and additional field inspections for the pending ATB cases filed on the Bainton Estate Realty Trust property at 195 Campground Rd. and the A. Boudreau, C. Bliss, et al parcels at 700 and 690 State Highway
The meeting adjourned at 10:45 a.m.
